In follow-up to the reply provided by Commissioner Georgieva on behalf of the European Commission to Written Question E-007769-15 regarding social and labour rights in public contracts concluded by the
Commission:
• Has there been any Commission report or study to assess and audit how companies providing the Commission with goods and services are respecting (or not) social and labour requirements under EU and national legislation, since I have personally received a number of complaints by employees in such companies who prefer to remain anonymous since otherwise they would be fired?
